Damaged metal railing Reported anonymously at 14:50, Sat 24 February 2018 Car has crashed into railing outside the pentescostal church on Gloucester St. leaving it bent and wire sticking out, it's obstructing the pavement and making it difficult for people to get through. Big problem for people with kids or prams, pushchairs, mobility scooters etc and they have to walk on the road instead. Been an issue for several months.
