Overgrown trees and bushes blocking over half of the pavement

Reported anonymously at 18:57, Wed 23 May 2018

The trees and bushes growing out of the verge are obstructing the majority of the pavement. I estimate 50-75% of the path is obstructed by the trees and bushes growing out - you can see the line of the edge of the path from the road sign on the first image. The undergrowth extends 2-3 feet out beyond the boundary and the branches are now a significant problem. It is forcing pedestrians to the edge of the path, meaning you are very close to passing cars and particularly buses (who will be pulling in to the nearby Ridgeway bus stop and whose wing mirrors can be particularly close at head height). It will be a significant obstacle for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Also low hanging branches now also mean you have to duck under them.
