Trym Side Dogs roaming free, Rubbish, Crowd Gathering, Noise

Reported anonymously at 19:23, Wed 13 June 2018

Trym Side, on the sharp bend at the top - Absolutely at my wits end. Dogs allowed to run up and down the road whilst owners are chatting in the street. The dog ran across the road and went for my dog. I told them that the dog needs to be on a lead and they just replied saying 'she doesn't need to because she doesn't wander off' I no longer take my dog past this house. I have since heard that this dog goes for people on bikes and has gone for other dogs. It also mistook a small child for a dog when it was dark and ran at her. It is only a matter of time before some gets hurt. The rubbish coming from this house is also disgusting. The tenants and their visitors drop all their litter. This then blows down the road towards my house, also up the road and across the road. It looks terrible. The council cleared up the other day and within a few hours it started to build again. People are getting fines for dropping small items of litter. This has gone above and beyond. The tenants and their visitors including children sit on the parked cars with no respect. These tenants have many people gathering who sit outside the house and are very intimidating to people walking down the road. I am able to walk everywhere in Sea Mills with my dog. It is clean, quiet and no dogs running free. We should not have to put up with the behaviour from these new tenants. I no longer invite visitors to my house which I used to love as I do not want them to have to walk past all the people, dogs and rubbish. Very soon I will be asking for a reduction in rent and council tax due to the social conditions that we have to live in. If they insist on sitting outside then please offer them a flat as they don't seem to make use of their garden.
