You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Long spiked blackberry brambles and other bushes growing right across the full width of the pavement Reported anonymously at 13:59, Wed 11 July 2018 This pavent section has now been impassable for two months. I have complained before. You deemed the growth acceptable previously to my amazement. This is the current situation. Why am I not able to walk along my street? Why is this tolerated? The land is a narrow ransom strip fronting onto Hedgemead View, opposite numbers 3 to 6 approximately. You took enforcement action against the landowner last year. He has completely neglected any civic responsibility since that action. This land needs regular attention. Why should I continue to pay full council tax when my pavement is not accessible? I have dogs to walk and worry about having to take them out into the road to pass these brambles.
