You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Car obstructing pavement Reported anonymously at 08:19, Sat 10 November 2018 This vehicle extends half way across the pavement on Trym Rd. It is located near No 17, adjacent to a disabled parking space on the road, has no MOT and has been untaxed for 14 years according to the GOV.UK website. Recently a blind friend badly hurt his shin against it and it's clearly an impediment to wheelchair users and buggies. It is unequivocally not parked completely off the road so does not comply with sorn requirements and it's only a question of time before a vulnerable person or child attending the nearby school is seriously hurt.
