Pavement obstructed by tipper lorries, excavating machinery and railings with no safe place for pedestrians to walk on the pavement either side of the road, nor a safe place to cross. Tipper lorries are present from 7.30am onwards and during school run every morning when families with children are forced to walk in a busy road/bus route. The owner of the property keeps their vehicles parked in front of the railings which means pedestrians have to walk round them in the road. There are a lot of school children walking down St Annes Park Road to get to the bus stop at the bottom of the road.
