Lane and cycle path obstruction - safety issue Reported anonymously at 14:38, Wed 5 June 2019 Th is lane is heavily used as both a cycle path and foot path , it’s also used for children and parents going to and from west town lane Academy. I was nearly knocked over on foot by a cyclist who didn’t see me walking through as it had obstructed the view of the lane . I have also witnessed rats running in and out of the bushes as it’s so dense its attracting vermin like a breeding ground. The owner of number 16 needs to address this as the bushes are from their property therefore , their responsibility. This isn’t the first time the owner has let this happen ! This is becoming a health and safety issue due to the obstruction the bushes are causing. Please can the council step in and address this with the property owner. A polite request . Thank you
