Significant amounts of gravel on roadway, Reported anonymously at 11:58, Sun 14 July 2019 The gravel was left by contractors, making road a skid hazard to 2 wheeled users, i.e motorbikes and cycles. The extent of the loose gravel covers most of the length of the road. Due to the narrow nature of the road car travel creates a channel of loose gravel, which to avoid going to close to parked cars or into the rough area of road next to the kerb forces two wheeled vehicles onto the channel of loose gravel. This is as I have said a significant skid hazard as braking is hardly possible.
