Reported anonymously at 15:28, Fri 19 July 2019 For some reason, for most of the day the traffic lights outside Sainsbury's on Blackboy Hill don't change unless you wait or a very long time. As a result, many people play 'chicken' with the traffic, crossing half-way when there's a gap then rushing across the other half of the road. I think after pressing the button, a maximum of 15-20 seconds would be appropriate.
