Water leaking through terrace wall Reported anonymously at 06:03, Sun 25 August 2019 Water has been leaking from the terrace wall near the base of the steps to 3 Rosebery Terrace. Bristol water have carried out some drainage repairs but the water is still leaking. The black algae that has started growing in the leakage suggests it is not just rain water but has a sewage content plus it flows when we have not had rain. The sewer along Rosebery Terrace should be checked for leaks. One owner checked this them selves and found a number of leaks that needed repairs. Therefore there are likely to be more due to the age of the terrace sewer
