Street light not working outside no.6 haycombe since new lamp replacment

Hello, on Tuesday the 4\09\19. we had our street lamps replaced with brand new posts and led lights, since then lamp no.2 outside 6 haycombe has not worked, which seems strange as the rest are working fine. regards, mr m.adams.
