Basement flooding Reported anonymously at 16:40, Wed 2 October 2019 Basement: water ingress, regular, appears to be linked to rainfall, increases/decreases but doesn't stop entirely. Test: one rainwater downpipe, drain tested for cracks/damage = none. Pipe in good condition. Bristol Water = tested the water, no chlorine therefore not a burst or leaking main. Issue: 8 days, approximately. Amount: between 90-150 liters vacuumed up a day Any other downpipes or sewers in this part of the building? No. Cause: could well be a cracked stormwater drain in Kensington Park or even an old pipe running within the area....
