Today we received notification that the matter was fixed. It is not. The complete light fitting is missing. When can we expect the lamp to be repaired? Yesterday we spend over 50minutes on 3 seperate calls despite being first in the que we were unable to talk to a real person for an update. Each time your phone system cut us off. In addition, your call back system is not working. Most frustrating.
