Reported anonymously at 21:51, Tue 19 November 2019 Blocking the entrance to St Annes Road by delivery drivers of Hong Kong Chef is now becoming a major hazard to all road users. Cars block anyone turning into the road, all over both sides of the road on double yellow lines and also on top of the dropped kerbs. It is now dangerous, and when asked to move, delivery drivers are rude, aggressive and foul mouthed. This has also been reported to 101 who have asked for continual reports from road users. As the takeaway must have a council licence they should be bound over to ensure safety of the public highway.
