Recyling not collected plus flytipping Reported anonymously at 23:09, Wed 11 December 2019 This is the 3rd time in about 6 weeks that our recycling wasn't collected. As a result, a week went by before it was collected, by which time people had started to fly-tip around the recycling, an issue exacerbated by the commercial waste bins - a magnet for flytipping. As a result, my recycling wasn't collected. In general, what the waste collection people fail to understand is often we sort rubbish but people come along and just dump more into our boxes, and, boxes go missing, so we only have one box, not two. And so it goes on, leading to the kind of situation in this photo. It's disgusting. I pay my council tax!
