Handrail/railing rusted half-way through Reported anonymously at 14:31, Fri 10 January 2020 I suppose not immediately weakening, surely this hollow rusted handrail/rail will just get worse, and ought to have a short replacement section welded on,and painted, to maintain the integrity of the railings, which stop people falling into the canal. It would certainly make it look like it was being maintained rather than neglected in my view. By the Feeder rd/Avon street junction end of bridge, 2nd image just shows which section of railing, it is the top part of the railings.
