Pedestrian lane inclination driving water into property

Reported anonymously at 14:59, Tue 21 January 2020

The lowest height in the pedestrian lane is against the property. That has started to generate internal wall moisture and some that need to be cleaned systematically. This patter repeats itself in both property wall, yet in one moisture has not generated any issue yet. By creating a couple of relief channels issue should be solved. Raising the pedestrian lane will solve it too, however it will be a less cost-effective solution. This issues has been occurring since ,at least, 2016
