Damaged bollard

I raised this as an ongoing issue a couple of weeks ago and oddly received an email saying it had been resolved...it's not!! Still missing a bollard and other one not illuminated. Barriers now secured but it's still unlit and a hazard. Waiting for another accident to happen.
