Unofficial mirror

Reported anonymously at 09:45, Sun 26 April 2020

A mirror has been erected on a pole attached to the wall alongside the river Trym. This appeared over night on Saturday 25th April and was clearly not sanctioned by the council. No notifications were posted on any lamp posts. It is in a conservation area and is a visual aberration ruining view of the river, aggravated by the fact it is bright orange. This mirror serves little purpose as the opening it is positioned opposite is seldom used for cars. There are two garages on the land which are used for storage but not cars, which are left mainly on the street. This is not a particularly busy road and this alleged safety mirror is surplus to requirement and an eyesore.
