Wooden bollard knocked into raising paving stones and concrete plus stones removed by teenagers leaving a whole in the pavement area Reported anonymously at 08:12, Sat 16 May 2020 This bollard has been knocked into by the home owners many months ago. This left raised paving stones and concrete. Over time teenagers have removed the loose stones so now a hole is left and this is causing an obstruction on the pathway of an already dangerous road that does not have a clearly defined pavement area.
