Private hedge/trees growing into Council highway and narrowing width of highway. Also starting to grow into and against street lighting columns. Reported by Cllr Kevin Quartley at 09:56, Mon 22 June 2020 This is an on-going yearly issue which in the past have needed Council intervention. Private strip of narrow land with hedges and trees which the owner needs reminding of their liability to keep in check. Once outside of bird nesting season the owner could be reminded to cut back since it is now starting to grown into Council highway and narrow width of highway.
