Overgrown hedge Reported anonymously at 10:04, Mon 22 June 2020 I live at 21 Maple Avenue. Bs16. The house attached to me, no 23 Maple Avenue, has been vacant for over a year. I believe its a private owner, but the council maybe involved? . My polite request, is whoever is responsible, can please cut down the front garden hedge? As its been empty for so long, its now grown high & unsightly. Mainly as its now blocking the last bit of daylight we have in our living room? Any daylight we should be having is obscured by large fully mature Maple trees in leaf in the street. But with the now overgrown hedge, we have to have lights on even on the sunniest days. It also blocks any view of the street. I feel this could be a security issue too, but mainly the lack of light. The security could be compromised , as the whole garden is overgrown, clearly empty, could attract vandals or burglers to the house or mine. Id appreciate the daylight back if possible. Many thanks.
