After recent trim, 10m bramble along both sides of cycle path still overhanging by 3 feet

Reported by martin stocker at 11:50, Thu 2 July 2020

By corner of back of scout hut bramble imho ought to be cut back to railings, both sides like the rest of the lane, as soon as the bramble grows it can now be right in peoples faces, esp. cyclists, verge is only 18ins wide one side, and 1ft or less the other. Too much to just drop on the verge either as the thorns cause punctures for months after, unlike all other vegetation. I think all the bramble prunings along cycle paths would be better off put over the railings as they 'own' them anyway tbmk (network rail, scout hut in this instance ) .
