Clanking utility covers

So this was raised initially in July and the council sent a contractor to “fix” the problem a couple of weeks later.The tarmac was replaced around the ironworks but the clanking covers were back doing what they do best a week later. Having informed the council of the continuing noise via this platform and having that message acknowledged I today received an email informing me that this is now “fixed” and the complaint is now closed. Just like to say that it’s not “fixed” ,and your contractor ETM is taking money off the Bristol council tax payers for work that’s not being checked or carried out to a satisfactory standard.
