You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Ref: 2241100 Reported anonymously at 19:23, Sun 11 October 2020 Having highlighted a problem that there is no street sign on the cul-de-sac on Brentnall Way (BS16 2FS) you have responded by saying “no action required, item closed”. This is unacceptable as the council has a responsibility under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order, which is legal piece of legislation that states that premises are to be easily identifiable to ensure the property can be identified by the Fire Service in cases of emergency. Therefore the council are breaking a law that they are supposed to be enforcing. A street sign is required at the cup-de-sac entrance to highlight the location of No,s 1, 3, 5 & 7 Brentnall Way and should read “Brentnall Way (Leading To Numbers 1, 3, 5 & 7 Brentnall Way)” If there is a failure to comply I will seek legal advice against the council for non-compliance.
