Flooding to my property again.

Flooded again. After getting an email to let me know it’s fixed and no further action required I feel I have to let you know it’s not the case. We had a little down pour tonight and this is the result. The photos supplied were taken after I battled with a brush to clear the deluge of water coming into my garage. It was approximately 3’s deep at the height. The water has damaged the tiles on the floor as the water has caused them to lift. Please supply me with info on how to claim compensation for the damage caused as I have reported it over several years now.
