Loose kerbs failing into highway at roundabout st Agnes avenue, Sylvia avenue

Reported anonymously at 10:50, Tuesday 12 January 2021

The kerbs around the pavement edges at the roundabout junction of Slyvia avenue, Ravenhill avenue and st Agnes avenue, have come away from the edge of the pavement. The kerbs are regularly being pulled into the carriageway by the large vehicles that drive over the pavements in order to manoeuvre at this junction. Residents regularly move them back out of the way to prevent serious injury or worse to the many cyclists that use this junction. At night these would not be seen in the road. The pavement itself is now crumbling into the road behind the loose kerbs. This is was reported to you previously, I think a year ago, and has not been addressed.
