Are we gtiving up on the unsanitary mess from the flats next to Sainsburys? Reported anonymously at 18:28, Tue 19 January 2021 More unsanitary mess of litter here, of course, as there is within hours of Bristol City Council cleaning it up.This time being pulled apart by seagulls. I genuinely give up caring whether you clean it up as you're obviously not penalising those who do it. They're in the flats down the alleyway. You know it, we know it.But hey, one last shot at trying to do my civic duty. I'll leave it to the rats from now on.
