You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Graffiti obscuring illumination of bollards + damaged bollard Reported anonymously at 19:37, Mon 8 March 2021 Reported twice early in 2020, both cases closed with NO remedial action taken. The condition of the bollards have worsened over the intervening year. It has been over a year since initial reporting. Total covering with graffiti results in NO illumination at night. The bollards are located acutely on the LHS of the junction when approaching down Halsbury Road which even when pristine would make them difficult to see until the last moment. Now, the worsening visuality results in swerving at the last minute to avoid. Children routinely use this road area for state boarding and an accident is imminent.
