Bad road resurfacing quality Reported anonymously at 12:27, Mon 22 March 2021 Unacceptable Resurfacing of Ashley Close and Muller Avenue. On the 5th March resurfacing work started in the mid morning only on Ashley Close. By 3.00pm I was told the supervisor had left and soon afterwards the workers left. The resurfacing of Ashley Close is only half finished and the mess made to the road is unacceptable. It is extremely rough, coming apart, very patchy in many places were there has been no resurfacing and the concrete flag kerb stones, which were pristine, are covered by tar. Can a senior highways office/inspector visit this mess and take the necessary corrective action. I can upload photos. I am also prepared to get a petition signed by all the president's in the area if this helps solve the issue. Kind regards, Francois du Preez
