Bollard partially removed - cycling hazard Reported anonymously at 15:29, Tue 4 May 2021 Heading eastbound on the Bristol to Bath Railway Path there are bollards at the entrance to the subway (under the St Phillips Causeway). One of the bollards has been partially removed, and what is left is a small stump that is not immediately visible. This is a significant hazard and could cause serious injury if hit. It is at the bottom of a decline, so cyclist speeds are likely to be high.
