Obstructed pavement Reported anonymously at 10:29, Thu 17 June 2021 Scaffolding has been erected at 39 Brighton Road and there is no pedestrian walkway on the pavement. Cars owned by the residents park outside by the scaffolding which makes pedestrians walk in the middle of the road to get by. This is dangerous at times for pedestrians as a large number of cars use this road and some drive above the 20 mph speed limit.
