You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
The road at the rear of 32 Gilda Parade is in a very bad and dangerous state Reported anonymously at 11:05, Mon 11 April 2022 We believe the road is owned by Alan Dykes. we wrote to his solicitor many times but they do not respond. We believe he has neglected his duty to maintain or repair the road. The Council are responsible for this now as you have not enforced his responsibilities onto him. The road is dangerous to adults and children and has caused damage to cars. We are going to complain to our local MP if this i snot resolved. The builder who carried out the work to the properties has neglected his duty to repair them and the road. This is becoming serious as a child was running along the road and fell over. We will report to that child's parents if nothing is done about that road.
