Very overgrown hedge on a council owned property growing into our hedge and blocking access to our right of way to our garage Reported anonymously at 11:30, Fri 27 May 2022 The hedge in the background in the first picture and on the right in the second picture is the boundary for the council owned property next door to us. The hedge is very overgrown and grows into our hedge. It is also impeding access to our right of way to get to our garage at the end of the lane which is just off West Parade. It has been like this for over a year. We have cut it back before, but I believe it is the council's responsibility to ensure their tenants look after their home and garden. Please would you send someone to cut the hedge right back and then ask the tenants to maintain it. It would be appreciated. Thank you.
