Branches protruding excessively and now have reached building Reported anonymously at 14:06, Sat 2 July 2022 Branches (from this council owned tree) have become overgrown and now have reached the building (privately owned), protruding onto the building and making windows unable to be opened. Hence the branches should be pruned ASAP, it it not particularly fair on residents, especially as they do have the technical jurisdiction to handle the problem themselves.. nor should they have to - jobs like these are the whole purpose of why the Bristol City Council exists in the first place.
