The Promenade, Clifton: gutter 10cm deep for 50 metres Reported by Duncan Ogilvie at 17:25, Fri 4 November 2016 The west (gorge) side of the road called The Promenade / Clifton Down just north of the junction with Percival Road has a gutter now some 10cm deep along some 50 metres. It is much camoflaged (how spell??) with leaves now so cyclists and drivers cannot easily see it. Dangerous for cyclists. Damaging for cars that park there. Thanks for your attetion.
