Back Garden of 19 Goodwin Drive, Whitchurch..In Laneway from GoodWin Drive to School Road, 8ft high Wooden Fence and Wall falling down into laneway. Fence is at back of 19 Goodwin Drive and may fall onto School kids and public lane. very unsafe. Please can Council look at it as is dangerous.
