I reported this last week (ref. 9987312.) Bristol Waste posted this: 'Our team has investigated and found that resolving this issue does not fall under the responsibility of Bristol Waste, or we are unable to address this problem for health and safety reasons at this time. This might be because the issue is on private property, or because it is located in an inaccessible area.' It is not on private property, or inaccessible. Highways tell me this is for BW. I am confused, and frustrated. Please resolve, and advise me whose responsibility this is. Thanks.
