16 using the sidewalk to park their motorcycle permanently

The resident of 16 Lyndale Road has been storing her motorcycle on the sidewalk making it difficult and at times impossible to pass without going out in to the street (see photo of this elderly man with frame). She’s said it’s while she’s renovating but our other neighbour has safely parked his in the road for over 10 years. It’s a hazard and so inconsiderate to neighbors and park visitors
