Lack of "No Entry" / "No Left Turn" signage is causing accidents.

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category by Trevor Hilliar at 08:24, Wed 22 March 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

The lack of "No Entry" / "No Left Turn" signage where the road from the Imperial Retail Park joins Hengrove Way, this allows traffic to enter in the wrong direction causing head-on collisions/accidents. There has been another head-on there yesterday, Nothing has been done since I high-lighted this issue a while ago when I witnessed a previous accident.
