Domestic waste dumped in Sandy Lane. Saw them this time!

The regular dumping has occurred again in the same place, including the usual food waste and soiled nappies. As always foraging animals have ripped the bags and spread the contents around the lane. This time I saw it being left by local residents at 10pm on Saturday13thMay. Address reported direct to BCC. I await their response.
