Need for double yellow lines and parking restriction.

Reported in the General Highways Enquiry category anonymously at 11:31, Tue 16 May 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 14 minutes later

Have been trying to contact Andrew Spicer (advised contact) for a week. Habitual parking problem on pavements on Grove Road adjacent to junction with New Buildings. Single yellow line is ineffective as can only be reported to Council services 0800-1830 Mon-Sat. Parking is on the pavement so obstructing pedestrians and is restricting view from and of moving vehicles in respect to property and New Buildings access and egress. Please contact me on e-mail address or telephone number given so I can forward a letter signed by 5 households that are having the problem and requesting tighter control via double yellow lines.
