1 x Railing has been removed

An individual rail from the green continuous railing has been removed. It is in the section where the new houses are being built the other side of the railing. People have squeezed through the gap as there is rubbish and damaged to the shrubbery behind. Needs fixing as it is dangerous as the removed rail has been left there.
