Scaffolding on a house at the Chisbury Street end of Coleridge Road has been there for over 2 years. The scaffolding is in the gutter, obstructing at least 2 or 3 parking places on an already crowded road. There appears to have been no progress on the work happening on this house in the entire 2 years that we have lived here and those parking spaces are much needed, especially as there are elderly or disabled residents in need of disabled parking bays which limits the parking further. The needs of these residents are of course legitimate but the parking situation would be helped if this scaffolding obstruction was dealt with.
