Tow-away zone sign - no parking

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 hour, 25 minutes later

Yellow tow-away sign has appeared on a fence advising no parking - Bristol City council logo appears on the sign. This appeared recently and cars have always parked along Cole Road. Please advise if sign is genuine and if it it applies to the whole of Cole Road.
