Overgrown tree obstructing street light

Tree is preventing adequate light due to proximity to a street light in addition this tree creates a shadowy area at the back on 2 properties which causes security concerns for the residents of which 2 are elderly and one with mental health issues pertaining to anxiety. The tree branches are continually spreading which is increasing the area of concern.

  • In addition the roots of the tree are creating a trip hazard on the footpath at the back of the property. some residents have reduced mobility increasing the risk to them
