Overgrown tree obstructing street light

Tree is preventing adequate light due to proximity to a street light in addition this tree creates a shadowy area at the back on 2 properties which causes security concerns for the residents of which 2 are elderly and one with mental health issues pertaining to anxiety. The tree branches are continually spreading which is increasing the area of concern.

In addition the roots of the tree are creating a trip hazard on the footpath at the back of the property. some residents have reduced mobility increasing the risk to them
