Metal Fencing missing out side 225 Hungerford Road
Reported anonymously at 07:09, Sun 9 July 2017
Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later
It is good to see that this flat, number 225, has been brought back to a living condition after the people who lived their previously virtually demolished it. The problem is the front metal fencing, in keeping with surrounding properties, was not fixed or has been removed. The previous tenants apparently asked for this only to mislead the council into providing unsightly front garden parking without any drop kerb. This space will further encourage future tenants to illegally cross the pavement to park their vehicle there. It would be prudent of the authorities to either replace this missing fencing or go to the expense of providing a drop kerb.

Although the new tenants seem to be much better and the garden looks much tidier. There has been no action on fixing the missing front garden railings.

The problem was fixed but not with matching fencing. Chain link was used instead which the workman said was cheaper although the time it took compared to the other fencing make me beg the reason why and how. Anyway looks better than it did.
