The overgrowth has been increasing for a long time and has now reached a dangerous condition. A branch is hanging at eye height. The pavement is narrowed causing people to step into the road when others are waiting for a bus. Tree roots have begun to lift the pavement threatening a trip hazard and impeding the passage of pushchairs.
