Water soaking through grass verge -

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

Resident of 409 Bishport Avenue reports that the grass verge / pavement outside her house is always wet. Water is pooling outside her house. Can we put in new drainage of divert water . Water is getting worse Caller wants a call back as has had this inspected before but with no follow up. Please call back to advise
