Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 11:21, Sun 23 July 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

It seems the drains have blocked, this has happened a few times before, there seems to be a shared main drain for several houses, the problem before was found to be backing up at No. 155 Glenfrome Rd.

  • We are still awaiting some response to our previous posts. Are we expected to pay for someone to come out and look into this problem we have poured caustic soda down all the drains but every time it rains the smell in our house is extremely unpleasant. Can you please advise as to what we are meant to do as we can not be expected to put up with this much longer
